Our Nurse clinic delivers high quality care by qualified and experienced nurses as the primary provider of nursing care for the patient (client) in a home-model environment. We are an ancillary or supportive service within the wider health care team. We provide private nursing services to the client directly and collaborate with medical practitioners or care organisations requesting nursing services.
Our person-centred nursing services are available at times to suit you for non-emergency matters. We offer appointments during any 24 x 7 period not limited to ordinary business hours. We are a privately billing clinic and do not accept medicare or concession card entitlements at this time. Payment of fees for our services by your private health insurance depends on the terms and conditions of your policy.
We provide a range of one-on-one private clinical nursing services, health screening, and other health-related services. We fully support coordinated care among various health providers or professionals and do not independantly manage a clients medical care overall. We do not replace the role of key health providers, prescribe medications, or make requests for formal testing with third party providers.
Clinical services include nursing assessment, vital sign monitoring, wound dressings, medication management assistance, continence and stoma or catheter care, and much more. We also administer various health screening tools which could lead to the early detection of potential acute illness and chronic disease. Additional health-related services include Care planning, Health support conversations, Informed decision-making & Dignity of risk discussions, or Nursing reports, to name but a few.
